Yotes Prove to be Too Much For EOU

CALDWELL, Idaho - The Eastern Oregon Volleyball team was sent home early by The College of Idaho's 7th ranked squad. The Yotes ( 21-7, 18-1 CCC) won all three games in dominating fashion (30-20, 30-13, 30-20).
EOU totaled just 20 kills in the contest to C of I's 54. Grace Deboodt and Cathy Savage each tallied 5. La Grande High grad Kathryn Ely led all players with 12 kills.
Chelsea Herron had 11 assists to lead the Mounties while Kiley Cobb turned in 14 digs.
Eastern will need to get things together quickly as they host Northwest Christian on Saturday afternoon. Game time is set for 3:00pm. It will be the last game at home for the Mountaineers.
