Andrew opened up well to hand of fin second place with all three of the more experienced athletes doing a great job of staying in contact and Adam closing at the end to come up a bit short of the closely bunched top three teams in the heet.

In other action, the women ran their fastest time of the year with Dani Reis leading off, followed by Dani Murphy, Kasie Gillespie and Chelsee Harmon.

Also, Reis, Murphy and Lane all ran in the open 400, with Reis and Lane running well despite slow starts.
