Mounties go 4-0 in Central America

San Jose, Costa Rica - Jeremy Templeton provided the offense while Nick Finley provided the D. Down one with 10 seconds to go Templeton knocked down a 15 foot pull-up jumper to put the Mounties up for good thanks to the defense of Finley. The senior clamped up his man, stealing the ball to secure a 70-69 victory for EOU.
Templeton finished the game with 13 points. Mark Carollo was the leading scorer for the Mountaineers with 16 points. Neil Fryer finished with 12 points while Dan Blanchard and Josh Landsverk had 10 a piece.
The team will spend Monday river rafting before heading back to La Grande Tuesday morning.
