Sixteen Football Players Earn Academic All-Conference

2.20.08

BILLINGS, Mont. - Frontier Conference Commissioner Mike Walker has released the 2007 Football Academic All-Conference team.  To be eligible, the student-athlete must be at least a sophomore in standing, maintain a 3.0 GPA and participate in one half o their team's games.

Two years ago when former Head Coach Ian Shields was hired he was charged with improving the teams GPA.  During his two year tenure at EOU the students did just that.

Newly promoted Head Coach Tim Camp has made it very clear that he plans on making academics priority number one.

The following student-athletes met the Frontier Conference criteria for Academic All-Conference.
