Nomination
- Outstanding Athletic Contributions;
- Conference, District/Regional, or National athletic recognition;
- Citizenship and Community Service (past and present);
- Individual must have competed for Eastern Oregon University a minimum of one full season;
- 10 year waiting period from the last season competed.
