Secondary
Insurance Policy
The Eastern Oregon
University Department of Athletics provides a secondary insurance
policy to assist with any athlete injuries after the
athletes' parental or personal insurance is first utilized. Prior
to any participation proof of insurance must be documented and on
file with the training staff. Primary insurance for athletics is mandatory.
If you or your parents do not have insurance our training staff
can help you identify companies that can provide athletic insurance.
