LA GRANDE, Ore. - The Eastern Oregon University Mountaineer Volleyball team had no problem bouncing back from their loss to Southern Oregon Saturday night. Eastern, playing a rare Monday night contest, beat non-conference foe Walla Walla College 3-0.
After getting off to a bit of a slow start in the first game, EOU won all three games convincingly, (30-21, 30-19, 30-20).
Grace DeBoodt led all players with 10 Kills thanks in part to the duo of Alissa Clinton and Chelsea Herron who finished the night with 14 and 15 assists respectively. Clinton also added 7 digs to lead the Mountaineers.
EOU will hit the road this weekend for two conference matches against Cascade College and Warner Pacific in Portland.
