KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 2007 Volleyball All-America Teams, as selected by the NAIA Volleyball All-America Selection Committee.  Eastern's super sophomore Grace Deboodt was named Honorable Mention.

The Middle Blocker from Prineville has been nothing short of spectacular since arriving on campus last Fall.  Last season, as a freshman, Grace was given Honorable Mention All Cascade Conference accolades.  Now just a year later she is listed with the Nations elite.

This season Deboodt was 1st Team All-Conference and 1st Team All-Region after leading the conference in Kills while leading the Mountaineers to a 16-10 record.

Nationally, The Crook County High School graduate finished in the top 50 in Kills.

Head Coach Kaki McLean is running out of superlatives for the second year star, "To put it simply, Grace is every coaches dream."  "She deserves any recognition that she receives and I am happy for her."
