ASHLAND, Ore. - The 10th ranked Eastern Oregon Men beat Southern Oregon 88-76 to remain in a first place tie with Oregon Tech in the Cascade Conference standings.
Eastern's Mark Carollo and Josh Landsverk led a balanced Mountie attack. Carollo tallied 19 points on 8-11 shooting, while Landsverk scored 18 points in 23 minutes of playing time. Neil Fryer and Jeremy Templeton also finished in double figures with 16 and 11 respectively.
EOU led by as much as twenty points in the second half but the Raiders would rally to make the game competitive late. SOU got 17 points from both, Josh McDermott and Kory Mahr.
The Mountaineers will return to action next Friday and Saturday at home when they host Concordia and Corban College in Quinn.
