Brad Padayo: Offensive Player of the Week

BILLINGS, Ore. - The saying goes when it rains, it pours. After six weeks of bad weather for the Mountie Football program, this week has seen a lot of sunshine. The latest ray of light comes from freshman Quarterback Brad Padayo who was named Frontier Conference Offensive Player of the Week.
On Saturday afternoon The EOU Football team got its first win of the season in a 38-24 upset over the 21st ranked Montana Western Bulldogs. Yesterday, senior Linebacker Michael Eby got the news he was a semifinalist for the coveted Draddy Trophy.
The Kapolei, Hawaii native had his coming out party Saturday. He rushed for 195 yards and three touchdowns on 32 carries. Padayo also went 8 of 12 for 103 yards and one touchdown through the air.
