Platt enters his second year at the helm of the Mountaineer volleyball team.

Ryan has the distinction of being the first male head coach in EOU's volleyball history.

Ryan is a graduate of Lewis-Clark State College (Idaho), where he helped the Warriors in their volleyball program for the past two seasons.  In those two seasons, the Warriors made appearances in the NAIA Region I playoffs.

Platt has several years of experience coaching with club and high school teams throughout Idaho.  He has also assisted at many camps during his volleyball career.

Ryan was L-C's men's club captain for two years, leading the team in kills, hitting percentage, digs, and aces.
