Course name change:

MUS112, MUS114, and MUS116, currently titled “Aural Skills” (2), retitle “Musicianship.”

MUS430, “Composition” (3) retitle “Arranging and Composition” (3).

MUS312, MUS314, and MUS316, currently titled “Aural Skills” (1), retitle “Musicianship.”

Change History of Western Music to Music History I, II, III.

Change in course credit for MUS courses as follows:

Change MUS312, MUS314, and MUS316, from one (1) credit to two (2) credit courses.

MUS202, “World Music” two (2) credits be available for three (3) credits.

Course credit for each course in core music history sequence be changed from four (4) credits to three (3) credits per term.

MUS421, “Studies in Ethnomusicology” (1), be available for 2 credits.
