Work Study Opportunities
For students that are interested in working, the Art program offers relevant work opportunities. Annually, students are employed as studio assistants, with positions within the 2 & 3D areas. Many of our majors find part time employment in the Nightingale Gallery, as well. Employment opportunities are also available across campus.
Gallery Attendants
Each year the Nightingale hires 5-8 gallery attendants their duties include the following:
- To provide security for the artwork and other valuable items in the gallery.
- To greet visitors and provide them with information about exhibits.
- To maintain the professional appearance of the gallery.
- To sell artwork in a professional manner.
