Nightingale Gallery Exhibition Schedule

2007-08

October 5-26

              Tom Dimond-A Retrospective

              An exhibition highlighting over 30 years of creative production by EOU Professor Emeritus Tom Dimond.

              The exhibit will feature works in glass, ceramics and mixed media.

 

November 3-19

              Season’s Faire (no public opening reception)

              A community group exhibit and fundraiser organized for and with the cooperation of the

              La Grande Arts Commission.

November 30-December 5

              Permanent Collection Swap (no opening reception)

              An exhibit of works from EOU’s permanent collection in which members of the campus community

              can select and exchange pieces of art for their campus area.

 

January 11-February 1

              Michael McConnell

              San Francisco artist Michael McConnell will present a solo exhibition of his quirky works. The

              exhibit will feature mixed media drawings/paintings as well as mixed media sculptural works.

              EOU Alumni Exhibition

              A juried group exhibition featuring work made by EOU Art Program alumni currently working in

              the visual arts.

              Eastern Oregon Regional High School Exhibition

              A group exhibit featuring the work of high school students from throughout the ten county region

              of eastern Oregon.

May 2-23 (group#2)

              Senior Capstone Exhibitions

              A series of exhibits featuring the work of EOU Art Program seniors in preparation for the

              completion of their degree.

 

May 30-June 13

              All-Campus Juried Student Exhibition

              An exhibit juried by outside an visual arts professional in which all EOU students may submit

              work. 

 

June 20- July 23

              Honored Artists of Eastern Oregon
