Welcome to Eastern Oregon University

Once you have been admitted to EOU you should have received the following packets:

 

a)   Information on general financial aid and residence life sent to all students who have    

         applied. (Your specific financial aid package will be sent directly from Financial Aid.)

 

b)   Admitted student packet including welcome letter, Adviser introduction, next steps at EOU

         checklist, academic catalog, and a computer calendar.

 

You will soon be contacted by an Academic Adviser who will help you register for Fall term classes.

Please complete the following

 

1)    ______    PLACEMENT EXAM   You will need to take a placement exam if you have not

                         already completed acollege-level writing or math course. Please read the attached

                         page on Accuplacer Placement Exams and follow the directions. Most freshmen will

                         need to take these placement tests.                        

Please take these placement exams ASAP. You will be unable to register for classes until these exams are completed.

2)    ______    IMMUNIZATION FORM- bring your completed form with you when you come to

                         MOUNTAINEER DAY or send to Advising, EOU, One University Boulevard, La   

                         Grande, OR 97850.
