Important Information Regarding International Transcripts

All Eastern Oregon University applicants with foreign transcripts must submit an additional fee with the admission application materials to have transcripts evaluated by The American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO).

AACRAO provides consistent, accurate credential evaluations by meeting placement recommendations approved by the National Council on the Evaluations of Foreign Educational Credentials. The benefit of having transcripts evaluated by AACRAO is that EOU is provided with valuable information for admissions committees throughout the admissions process while assisting to determine eligibility for transfer credit.

The applicant is responsible for determining which of the two following reports best suites his or her needs by submitting the appropriate fee by credit card or money order. Please note that this fee is non-refundable and the evaluation will not be processed without payment. A decision for admission will not be available until the evaluation has been received and reviewed by the appropriate EOU Admissions officials.
