As you progress through the admissions process, you will continue to receive important information from us. This checklist will help itemize actions that you will need to complete. We’re looking forward to working with you at EOU!

Apply for financial aid

Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at www.fafsa.ed.gov anytime after January 1 every year. The EOU school code is 003193. Apply early, as some financial aid funds are limited. For answers about financial aid at EOU, please visit www.eou.edu/fao/, or contact our Financial Aid Office by e-mail at fao@eou.edu, or call toll free 800-452-8639 ext. 2 or 541-962-3550. Notification of financial aid will be sent as early as March.

View scholarship opportunities for EOU and other scholarship information online at www.eou.edu/fao/scholarships/.  Complete your on-campus housing application

 Get online

“Webster” is the online course registration and student information system. You can access Webster and directions for using it from the EOU home page. Your user ID is the 9-digit student ID number assigned by EOU (on your letter enclosed with this checklist) or your social security number. Your first PIN is your birth date in the format YYMMDD. www.ous.edu/webster/

 Turn in your immunization verification

As you take the next steps in your admission process, there’s important paperwork for you to complete, including the immunization form. This document is required to verify your vaccination or immunity against measles and you’ll need it in order to register for classes. You can bring it with you to Mountaineer Day or send a paper copy to us in the mail.
