ADMINISTRATIVE FACULTY POSITION DESCRIPTION


Each year, in conjunction with the annual review report, all Administrative Faculty members need to review and if necessary update their position description.

This position description asks for a general description of the position, a description of the specific duties with percentages of time spent on each duty, number of employees supervised and a few other housekeeping items.



If an employee's position description is current this form does not need to be completed.

ANNUAL REVIEW REPORT

The annual Performance Evaluation form must to be completed annually and is due to an employee’s immediate supervisor by June 30th each year.

The form asks for an evaluation of goals and objectives set for the current year; goals and objectives to be set for the next year; a summary of management responsibilities, leadership and service to campus; and leadership and service to the community for the year.

This is the primary document, along with the supervisor's recommendation, used when step advancement consideration is requested.

SABBATICAL REQUEST


Administrative Faculty are eligible to request sabbatical leave in the same manner as teaching faculty.

These leaves may be requested by any employee who has six years of continuous service at the University.
