Administrative Faculty

Eastern Oregon University Administrative Faculty are unclassified, non-ranked, fixed term faculty positions.  The Administrative Faculty Executive Committee (AFEC) is charged via the university constitution to represent all Administrative Faculty on various issues.  The AFEC members are elected by Administrative Faculty.

AFEC Goals for 2013 – 2014:

Update AFEC By-Laws
Work with the President and HR Director on compensation process
Develop Administrative Faculty Handbook
Enhance AF member communication among both on-campus and off-campus AF personnel
Review AF temporary vs permanent positions (Hourly Resources)
Put together numbers of lost/gained AF positions and personnel over past few years
