EMPLOYEE ORGANIZATIONS

All Oregon State employees have the right to join and participate in employee organizations or unions of their choice. These organizations provide representation and collective bargaining for the various aspects of employment, such as working conditions, salaries, and benefits. Only employee organizations certified by the Employment Relations Board may represent employees in the collective bargaining process. Employees have complete choice and freedom in deciding whether to join or refrain joining any organizations.
