All campus units will initially clear concessions services with the Office of Facilities Scheduling and Event Planning, and must be in accordance with existing contract requirements for beverage services and dining services
Initial contact will be made with the Office of Facilities Scheduling and Event Planning. Concessions for such events will be negotiated and contracted by the Vice President for Administration and Finance or his/her designee. University Food Services is the primary contractor for all concessions on campus. Exceptions require prior administrative approval.
