Solicitation by private individuals or organizations on campus is forbidden unless specifically authorized by the Vice President for Administration and Finance. Under certain conditions, student organizations may be authorized by the Vice President for Administration and Finance to solicit for funds on campus. See Chapter V, "Fund Raising Policy."
