Eastern Oregon University maintains a permanent art collection for use in the instructional program and for the aesthetic improvement of the campus.
Art pieces in the permanent collection are loaned to faculty and staff for use on the campus. Art pieces are loaned for a maximum period of two academic years and are subject to recall at anytime for a showing of the University collection. All pieces available for loan must be checked out from the Nightingale Gallery, Loso Hall, and checked in on return, subject to conditions specified. Under certain conditions, a modest charge may be assessed.
