EOU Faculty Staff Handbook

The Handbook does not create any legal rights. In order to determine what legal relationship exists in any given area, faculty and staff will be required to examine the source documents such as laws, rules, and contracts. To the extent the Handbook also sets out University policy, keep in mind that policies can change at the discretion of University Administration.

An effort is made to maintain the accuracy of the Handbook as reflected in the bracketed enclosure at the end of each section which identifies the individual responsible for the materials and the date last reviewed, however, no guarantee of accuracy is made.
